Free Trial

Wylara offers a free tier with core features at no cost. You can explore campsites, take the personality quiz, and get a feel for the platform without entering any payment information. No charge, no strings attached.

Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • You won't be charged again after cancellation.
  • Your account reverts to the free tier when the paid period ends.
  • Your data (saved trips, reviews, preferences) is preserved on the free tier.

Refund Eligibility

Within 14 days of your first payment:You're eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. If Wylara isn't what you expected, we'll give you your money back.

After 14 days: For annual plans, we offer a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. The refund is calculated from the date of your request through the end of your billing period.

Refunds are not available for periods already used or if the account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to hello@wylara.comwith your account email and the reason for your request. That's it. No forms, no phone trees, no runaround.

Processing Time

We process refund requests within 3 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
